At Lazer Lizard Designs, we take immense pride in creating hand-crafted, high-quality, and personalized pieces. Because our items are made-to-order, we utilize a strict policy to govern changes, returns, and damages. Please review our terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Personalized Items (Final Sale)

All sales are final for custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items (including but not limited to custom QR-code soundwave art, personalized ornaments, and commissioned wooden pieces).

• No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom items due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer spelling/data errors.

• Cancellations: Once production, design formatting, or material cutting has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Handmade & Natural Material Disclaimers

Our products are made by hand using natural materials. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept the following inherent characteristics of our goods:

• Natural Wood Variations: Wood is a natural material. Variations in wood grain, knots, natural coloring, and minor, clean laser-charring on edges are normal features of laser-cut wood crafts. These are not considered defects.

• Resin & Hand-Poured Goods: Items containing resin (such as our honeycomb coasters) are hand-poured. Minor cosmetic micro-bubbles, slight color swirls, or small surface variations are normal parts of the curing process and add to the unique, handmade nature of your item.

3. Mistakes, Typing Errors, and Design Proofs

• Merchant Error: If we make a spelling error, layout mistake, or run the wrong design on your product, we will fix it. Contact us immediately, and we will ship a corrected replacement at absolutely no cost to you.

• Customer Error: We print and engrave the exact data you submit. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and links before checking out. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If production has already begun, we cannot offer a free refund, but we will happily provide a discount code toward a remake order.

• Digital Proofs: For select custom orders where a digital design proof is sent to you for approval, your final confirmation via email or message signifies acceptance of the layout. Once approved, Lazer Lizard Designs is not responsible for any design or structural errors visible in the proof.

4. Damages During Transit

We pack our items with extreme care, but we understand that shipping mishaps happen. If your item arrives broken or damaged:

1. Email us within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation timestamp at LazerLizardDesigns@Outlook.com

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the external shipping box/packaging.

3. Once the damage is verified, we will prioritize and ship a replacement to you at no extra charge. Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim is processed.

5. Non-Custom Items

For any non-custom, non-personalized, and standard catalog items:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. Personalization Accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all customization details, including spelling, names, dates, links, and uploaded files, before completing checkout.

2. Intellectual Property: All custom designs, layouts, and art concepts created by Lazer Lizard Designs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

3. Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse and cancel orders containing text or imagery that is explicitly hateful, discriminatory, or infringes on registered trademarks/copyrights.

4. Limitation of Liability: Lazer Lizard Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delay of our products.

We collect information necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.

Your information is securely processed through Squarespace and its integrated payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third-party marketers.

3. Marketing & Communication

• Order Tracking: We will use your email to send order confirmations, shipping updates, or to contact you regarding clarifications on your custom design.

• Marketing Emails: We may occasionally send you marketing emails about new product launches, special offers, or seasonal designs. You can opt out of these promotional communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
